Solid Gear, Some Delivery Hiccups

I ordered the West Bluff Pack and a pair of Replacement Rubber Feet. The pack arrived exactly as described; it's lightweight and seems durable for day hikes. The quality is definitely there. Delivery took 8 days to reach Austin, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores, though it wasn't urgent. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. The replacement feet were easy to put on my old chair. My main feedback would be to maybe speed up the standard shipping a little.

Detailed Look at My Alite Order

I recently purchased the Alite Meadow Rest and an Accessory Pouch. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I had no trouble finding what I needed and checking out. Shipping took 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which was within their estimated timeframe. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The Meadow Rest itself is very comfortable for a portable pad, and the pouch is handy for organizing small items in my pack. I did have a question about cleaning the Meadow Rest, so I used their online contact form. Customer service responded within 24 hours with clear instructions, which was helpful. My only minor critique is that tracking updates were a little slow to populate initially, but it caught up. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider Alite again for future gear.

Consistent quality over time

This was my third purchase from Alite, this time I got the Willow Pack. I've bought a Meadow Mat and a Monarch Chair before, and the quality has always been consistent. The pack is well-made, just like my previous items. Their gear holds up well to regular use, and I appreciate that. I keep coming back because I know what to expect: reliable, durable products for my outdoor hobbies. The shipping was standard, took about a week, which is what I've come to expect from them.

Great Value, Worth It

I was looking for a good camping chair and Alite kept popping up. I snagged the Monarch Chair during a seasonal sale, getting a solid discount. It felt like a good deal, and the chair itself is light and sturdy. Shipping was free because my order went over 50. The only minor thing was the assembly instructions could have been a tiny bit clearer, but I figured it out.

Good little chair for camping

Got the Mantis Chair after my friend kept raving about hers. It was pretty easy to order, just clicked a few buttons. It arrived in about 5 days, which was fine. The chair is super comfy for how small it folds up. Used it by the fire pit last weekend and it was perfect. Definitely a good buy for chill outdoor stuff.

Nice Meadow Rest

I bought the Meadow Rest. It came quickly. The mat is comfortable and light. Easy to roll up and carry. Good for picnics. I am happy with it.

Consistent Quality, Good Chairs

I've ordered from Alite several times now, and they're always reliable. This time I got the Mantis Chair, and it's just as well-made as the Mayfly Chair I bought last year. Shipping took about 5 days to get to my place in Colorado, which is pretty standard for them. My only small wish is for more color options in some of the packs.

Monarch Chair is great, delivery slow

I ordered the Monarch Chair for a camping trip. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 8 days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected for standard shipping to California. The chair itself is excellent; it's very lightweight and collapses down small, fitting easily into my backpack. Assembly was intuitive, no instructions really needed. The quality of the fabric and frame feels durable. I used it on uneven terrain and it held up well. The support was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but they couldn't expedite it. Overall, a solid product, just plan for a slightly longer delivery window.
